My name is Cassia Billington, I’m a young artist attempting to inspire a positive and giving attitude to others, through my artwork. Cards are all about giving to others, whether it’s spreading joy, giving comfort, offering strength, or whatever it may be, it’s about others.
I was motivated to start sharing my artwork through Key Signature Art, because I noticed how much people are affected by the little simple gifts. My late grandfather showed me what this giving attitude was all about, and how each little thing we do for others, has far more impact than we may ever realize. I aim to carry on his legacy, through my artwork, and through Key Signature Art.
My area of expertise is stationary, prints and greeting cards. My preferred medium is watercolour, and I also love hand lettering/calligraphy. My late grandfather was also known for his amazing calligraphy skills, and he inspired me to start doing calligraphy as well, even if it is in a different style.
I love simplicity and giving my artwork a vintage feel, and hopefully you will find that as you look through my artwork. I also wanted to create something unique, which is why I create the more rare square cards!
